Tony Zhang has over 20 years of professional experience spanning investment, strategic planning, and corporate management. His career also includes tenures at global leading semiconductor firms such as Qualcomm and Broadcom, where he focused on technology development and team management. Additionally, he worked at McKinsey & Company, delivering tailored strategic consulting services to technology-sector clients.

Mr. Zhang holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Akron, and a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

William WANG has over 15 years of investment experience. Prior to joining NRL Capital, he was a Senior Director of Jingdong Group Investment Department, General Manager of Jingdong Logistics Investment Department, Managing Partner of Jingdong Industry Fund. He also worked for CEC Capital.

William WANG holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Nankai University.

Arthur TAN has over 15 years of investment experience in TMT and consumer sectors and entrepreneurial experience. Prior to joining NRL Capital, he worked for Orchid Asia, HNA Group, New Oriental Group and Ctrip.

Arthur TAN holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Peking University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Sichuan University.

Wen LIU has over 12 years of experience in fund investment management and equity investment. Prior to joining NRL Capital, she was a Managing Director of Kaiyuan Guochuang Capital Management Co., Ltd., responsible for secondary fund share investment and fund investment. She also worked for Partners Group and LEK Consulting.

Wen LIU holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology.

Boyang DENG has over 12 years of experience in fund management and equity investment. Prior to joining NRL Capital, he was a Senior Investment Director at TR Capital, responsible for fund investment, secondary investment and co-investment. He also worked for Partners Group (Switzerland) and OCBC Bank (Singapore).

Boyang DENG holds a Master of Science in Finance from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore.

Yu CHEN has over 12 years of experience in fund investment management and equity investment. Prior to joining NRL Capital, he was a Managing Director of Kaiyuan Guochuang Capital Management Co., Ltd., responsible for secondary fund share investment and fund investment. He also worked for Pingan Trust and Nucarf.

Yu CHEN holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Tsinghua University.

Francesca FEI has over 12 years of experience in fund investment management and equity investment. Prior to joining NRL Capital, she was an Executive Director of Kaiyuan Guochuang Capital Management Co., Ltd., responsible for secondary fund share investment and fund investment.

Francesca FEI holds an M.A. in Economics from Columbia University and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Anita MENG has over 15 years of experience in financial management and operation. Prior to joining NRL Capital, she worked for CreditEase, CDB FoF, Sequoia Capital and KPMG.

Anita MENG holds a Master of Business Administration (Financial Management) degree from the University of International Business and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from China Foreign Affairs University.
